Products and descriptions
We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. Products are made by their own manufacturers and are described using the information those manufacturers supply. Colours, finishes and grain can vary between production runs and between screens. Measurements given are approximate.
Where a manufacturer supplies safety warnings, age recommendations, assembly requirements or usage limitations, they are stated on the product page. Read them before use.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and applicable state and local law, and is shown before payment. The total you are asked to pay at checkout is the total you owe; we do not add fees afterwards.
We may correct an obvious pricing error before an order is dispatched. If the correct price is higher than the price you were shown, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.
Online card payment is not enabled on this store at present. Until it is, orders cannot be completed through this website. See our Payment Methods page for the current position.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept it by dispatching the goods. If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund anything already paid.
Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. We ship within the contiguous United States. Handling takes 1-2 business days and carrier transit takes 3-7 business days, so the estimated total delivery window is 4-9 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Please give a complete and accurate delivery address. If a carrier cannot deliver because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because nobody could receive the goods, return shipping and re-delivery costs may be charged to you.
Returns, refunds and cancellation

Product warranty
- Where a manufacturer provides a warranty, it is passed to you and is described on the relevant product page or in the manufacturer's documentation.
- Damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied items are our responsibility: contact us and we will arrange a resolution.
- Warranties do not cover normal weathering, damage caused by incorrect assembly, misuse, or damage from storms, chemicals or improper storage.
Acceptable use
You may use this website for lawful shopping only. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at volume, submit false orders, or misuse the contact form.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or loss of use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, and by applicable federal law. Before taking formal action, please contact us at support@patiostyleco.com so that we have the chance to resolve the matter directly.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
